Rolls Royce Young Designer Competition Deadline Extended To 1st June

The Rolls Royce Young Designer Competition has had its deadline extended to the 1st of June, due to its exceptional response. Over 2,000 aspiring designers in over 70 countries have taken up the challenge, which sees children penning their vision of a Rolls Royce of the future.

The competition’s aim was to not only stimulate design talent, but also provide a much welcomed distraction for children during this unprecedented period of self-isolation and social-distancing measures as a result of global lockdown restrictions due to the pandemic. Normalcy is not expected to resume in many territories for the foreseeable future.

All entries will be judged by Rolls-Royce’s Design team, and the overall winner will receive a once-in-a-lifetime prize of a detailed rendered illustration of their design. Hand-signed certificates from the Chief Executive of Rolls Royce Motor Cars will be given to the runners-up.

Other outstanding entries in the Asia Pacific region will receive attractive prizes, with the opportunity of a chauffeured ride to and from school in a Rolls-Royce for regional level winners where logistically possible.

If your own children are interested to participate, up to the age of 16, please do share their innovative designs for a future Rolls-Royce at: http://rolls-royceyoungdesignercompetition.com
