Volvo is the Official Car of the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore 2014
Volvo is once again the Official Car of the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore (SCMS), with a number of exciting new sponsor activations lined up for its second consecutive year associated with Asia’s marquee running event. Volvo will provide SCMS 2014 with a fleet of its best-selling models – the dynamic Volvo S60 sports sedan and 7-seater XC90 luxury SUV – which will be deployed as the VIP and official vehicles during race day on Sunday, 7 December.
The SCMS 2014 branded Volvo cars will also be highly visible in the build-up to race day with a number of activations set to aid runners as they train towards the nation’s biggest running event of the year.
In addition, Volvo will be offering a special promotion whereby the VIP and official vehicles will be open for bookings at heavily-subsidized prices with discounts of up to S$22,000. A reserve fleet of vehicles, designated as back-up vehicles and unlikely to incur mileage, will also be available for bookings.
Registration for the SCMS 2014 closes on Tuesday, 30 September.
