Komoco Motors Pte Ltd, the official distributor of Hyundai vehicles since 1986, has introduced a campaign called #ServeMeHyundai to bring Hyundai electric vehicle (EV) servicing closer to customers.

#ServeMeHyundai is an initiative by Komoco Motors aimed at educating the public about EV servicing, particularly in light of the rising popularity of EVs in the market. To address concerns related to EV servicing, Komoco Motors has set up a pop-up kiosk.

This campaign emphasises that purchasing an EV from Hyundai is not just about getting the keys; it's a complete journey that extends well beyond the point of purchase.

The pop-up kiosk debuted on August 21, 2023, at VivoCity Level 1 (beside Tangs) and will remain open until August 27, 2023. The kiosk coincides with the Hyundai Roadshow, showcasing the latest lineup of vehicles including the new KONA Hybrid and IONIQ 6. Operating during mall hours (10am to 10pm), the roadshow and kiosk offer visitors a chance to engage with Hyundai's EV offerings.

Inside the #ServeMeHyundai pop-up kiosk, visitors can explore real EV tools and diagnostic equipment, simulating the experience of Hyundai EV customers at the dedicated Komoco EV Service Centre. A notable feature is the presence of Komoco's specialised EV Specialists, who serve as personal service advisors for customers' EV servicing needs.

The pop-up kiosk experience is divided into three stations. "We Connect" marks the start of the customer's service journey, focusing on understanding their concerns, stories and driving habits. "We Care" showcases the actual EV servicing process, allowing visitors to interact with Komoco's EV service tools that feature protective insulation for handling the high-voltage batteries. "We Serve" emphasises transparency by presenting visitors with their EV diagnoses, ensuring they are informed about the required and completed work on their vehicles.

In addition to the informative experience, the #ServeMeHyundai campaign at the Hyundai Roadshow offers a chance to win prizes. Visitors can participate by answering simple questions about EV service at the kiosk and receiving a token to play a sure-win claw machine. Prizes include exclusive IONIQ 5 brick sets, Hyundai tumblers and more.

Following its presence at VivoCity, the EV pop-up kiosk will shift to SHELL Thomson station (Hyundai Service Centre Thomson) after August 27, 2023. Visitors at SHELL Thomson station will have an opportunity to win SHELL vouchers and other rewards. The SHELL Thomson station is located at 551 Upper Thomson Rd, 574415.
