These 33 Adventurers Travelled From London To Singapore By Car!

The Automobile Association of Singapore (AA Singapore) commemorated a successful conclusion of the 98-Day London-Singapore Autoventure Expedition Drive 2023 with a Homecoming Celebration on 10 November at AA Centre, marking the convoy's final stop in Singapore that concluded this extraordinary journey.

Supported by the Singapore Road Safety Council, the 98-Day London-Singapore Autoventure is the second expedition of its kind organised by AA Singapore, following the success of the 92-Day London-Singapore Autoventure in 2019. The convoy, consisting of 33 participants and 12 cars, embarked on this driving expedition from 6 August to 10 November, covering an impressive 25,000km through 21 countries.

Notably surpassing the 2019 journey in both duration and distance, this year's expedition sets a new record as the longest undertaken by the Association. Participants had a unique experience exploring iconic landmarks, enjoying breathtaking views and building camaraderie over the 98 days, immersing themselves in diverse cultures and landscapes from the historical streets of Europe to the exotic landscapes of Asia.

Mr. Bernard Tay, President of the Automobile Association of Singapore, expressed pride in organizing the 98-Day London-Singapore Expedition Drive 2023, emphasising its significance as a continuation of the legacy from the earlier expedition. He congratulated participants, recognising them not only as travelers but also as safety ambassadors for Singapore, promoting culture, tourism and the importance of safe and responsible driving.

The Homecoming Celebration at AA Centre celebrated the achievements of the participants, with attendees including AA Members, partners, management and staff.
