There’s A New BMW Showroom In Singapore

Performance Motors Limited (PML) has launched its newly transformed flagship showroom on Alexandra Road, which is now the largest BMW Retail.Next facility in the country.

Covering over 100,000 sq ft., this transformation aims to establish a lifestyle hub for the BMW community - just in time as it coincides with PML's 45th anniversary celebration.

6.5m-high LED screen

The showroom’s main hospitality space includes Singapore's largest dealership bar counter. A 6.5m-high LED screen and a green moss wall contribute to a calming ambience. Customers can order complimentary refreshments using QR codes placed at each table.

Facial recognition tech

Level 3 of the showroom is for BMW Luxury Class customers, complete with its own café and special menu. This elevated space, resembling a sky garden, provides a view of the showroom floor and the greenery and skyline outside. To access this private area, Luxury Class customers will be invited to register for facial recognition during the delivery process.

Handover lounges

There are five luxurious Handover Lounges for customers to celebrate their new BMW deliveries, including two exclusive lounges for Luxury Class and M customers that can be combined for double deliveries or private events.

Consultation, evolved

“Customer Consultation Stages” are strategically located between the vehicles, providing a relaxed space for customers to engage with PML sales consultants and BMW Geniuses. Digital consultations are also possible using tablet PCs, enabling customers to view their preferred cars in 3D.

Service appointments can be booked through the new SDM SG OneGo mobile app, receive updates during servicing and drop off keys using QR codes at PML Key Drop/Collection Lockers. Upon arrival for service, Automated Number Plate Recognition technology captures vehicle plates and tracks the cars throughout their service journey. A free BMW EV shuttle service to nearby MRT stations is available for service customers during their appointments.
