“The Singapore Motorshow 2018 is a terrific way to start the year, yet as we look back at 2017 I am pleased to announce that we achieved another record year for Porsche in Singapore, with 615 units sold. The highlight model was the Panamera, which received a great reception among our customers. This year, we are looking to build further on that success with the new Panamera Sport Turismo as well as the other new models we have on show here,” said Dr. Henrik Dreier, General Manager – Singapore, Porsche Asia Pacific.

“We’ve been patiently waiting for the Panamera Sport Turismo to arrive in Singapore. The Singapore Motorshow provides us with the best opportunity to not only showcase the Porsche brand, but also for us to premiere the Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo to our customers and fans. The Panamera range continues to be exceptionally successful, and we’re excited to showcase Porsche’s growth into a new segment with the latest addition,” said Mr Francis Lee, Managing Director, Porsche Centre Singapore.

He added, “We’re excited to showcase two colour to sample Porsche Macan vehicles brought in specially for this year's Motorshow. The Purpurit Metallic Macan and the Gulf Blue Macan GTS highlight the vast customisation possibilities that Porsche has to offer. At the Motorshow, our customers will also experience how they can further envision and create the Porsche of their dreams through a special consultation in our Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur and Tequipment lounges.”

The Panamera Sport Turismo

Based on the success of the Panamera range, the Panamera Sport Turismo enters the luxury segment with its unmistakable design and increased performance versatility. Incorporating many of the innovations introduced with the Panamera, the Panamera Sport Turismo further embodies Porsche’s values and characteristics from a technological and design perspective, as it moves to make a statement in this new segment.

Aligned with the coupé-style Panamera sports sedan, the Panamera Sport Turismo range characterises Porsche’s DNA through design. Its dynamic proportions, with a large tailgate, low loading edge, increased luggage compartment and a 4+1 seating concept, positions the Panamera Sport Turismo as the perfect combination of everyday usability and flexibility. The newly unveiled Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo with 404 kW/550 hp is available at the starting price of SGD 733,288*. In Singapore, the Panamera Sport Turismo will be available in 3 additional variants:

Manufactured on the same production line as Porsche’s 911 GT3 Cup racecars, the 911 GT3 boasts a new naturally aspirated 4.0 litre flat-six engine which produces 500 hp and 460 Nm of torque. The 911 GT3 embodies Porsche’s commitment to the transfer of technology from racetrack to road.
