SG: Road closures for SEA Games

The SEA Games will be held from the 5th to 16th of June. As such, several roads leading into and out of key sports venues will be closed off to civilian vehicular traffic. The roads include those along the Bishan Sports Centre, and it also affects Horne Road near Jalan Besar Stadium. The road closures, which are scheduled from this Thursday onwards, will be strictly enforced. Only police and emergency vehicles are allowed in, and any illegally parked vehicles will be towed away. The carpark driveway used to access the Sports Centre has been closed to vehicular traffic from now until 11:00pm on Sunday, 14th of June. Access will only be granted to Horne Road will be closed from 5:00 pm to 11:59 pm from Monday, 1st of June  to Thursday, 4th of June, and from Saturday, the 6th of June to Thursday, 11th of June.
