  LostPaws has partnered with Subaru to give away 5 direct entries into the Mediacorp Subaru Challenge 2013 through a unique competition on the LostPaws Facebook page.  These highly sought after entries are usually allocated via rounds of elimination; starting with call-ins to local radio stations and finally through balloting for spots on the day of the Challenge.   Winning the 5 direct entries through LostPaws qualifies 5 lucky individuals a fast-track entry into the Challenge, allowing them to skip the elimination rounds and guaranteeing them a spot in this exciting event. The Challenge contenders stand a chance to win the coveted grand prize, a Subaru Forester 2.0i Premium worth $85,000 without COE.

Aspiring contestants will form a team consisting of four members, be it their family, colleagues or friends and register on the LostPaws' Facebook page. Teams will be given one week to gather the most number of supporters. Each member of the winning team and one lucky supporter will be given a spot in one of Asia’s most exciting and demanding challenge. The LostPaws competition aims to build a community spirit through offering a group of four friends the chance to enter the MediaCorp Subaru Challenge together.

LostPaws is a one-stop pet adoption and missing pet portal. It's a free online community service that allows the public to browse hundreds of pets for adoption. Users can also post adoption or missing ads for free.

“LostPaws is all about community and we wanted this competition to feel that way too. That’s why we also included a lucky draw for all the supporters, we want everyone to have a chance,” explained LostPaw’s co-founder, Ms Sophia Shen, “Supporters and individuals can increase their odds of winning by inviting more referrers, entitling them to additional entries into the lucky draw.”

“Through this competition, we hope to foster a community that is more caring towards animals, and we’re very grateful to have Subaru support our cause,” said Ms Shen. Participants entering the LostPaws competition will be automatically enrolled in the LostPaws Community Watch.

Participants may register their LostPaws Competition team at LostPaw's Facebook page from 17 to 30 September 2013. Teams can start recruiting members from 1 October. The competition closes on 8 October and the winner will be announced.
