French joint venture, Veolia Transport RATP Asia, will be putting together a team and bidding for the first set of bus routes LTA will tender later in 2014. The firm’s Director of Business Development, Mr. Emmanuel Vivant, has revealed that a bid manager has not yet been chosen, but will be based in Singapore permanently. The firm’s parent companies, Veolia Transport and RATP Group, have buses operating in Australia, the UK, and China.
