The Porsche Taycan lineup is more extensive than ever, offering 16 versions across three body styles. Customers can choose between all-wheel and rear-wheel drive options, with Porsche E-Performance motors delivering power levels from 300 to 760 kW.

More power, improved efficiency

Performance and efficiency improvements in the Porsche Taycan come from several advancements: a new rear-axle motor with up to 80kW more power, an optimised pulse inverter, upgraded batteries, better thermal management, a next-gen heat pump and improved recuperation and all-wheel-drive systems. Charging at 800-volt DC stations now reaches speeds up to 320kW, and recuperation capacity during high-speed deceleration has increased to 400kW.

GTS with 515kW of overboost

Taycan GTS now delivers up to 515 kW of overboost power with Launch Control - 75kW more than the previous model. The new push-to-pass feature in the Sport Chrono package provides an additional 70kW boost for 10 seconds at the press of a button. In the GTS, this feature has a sporty edge, raising torque to Launch Control levels at low speeds. A countdown timer and animated rings on the speedometer display the boost effect, as seen in the Taycan Turbo GT.

0 - 100km/h in 3.3 seconds

The Taycan GTS sedan and Sport Turismo now accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, 0.4 seconds quicker than before, and the sedan reaches 200 km/h in 10.4 seconds, 1.6 seconds faster. The range has also improved by over 120km, now reaching up to 628 km (WLTP).

Dialled-down Turbo GT?

The Taycan GTS models incorporate interior elements from the Taycan Turbo GT, featuring Race-Tex upholstery with smooth black leather accents as standard. They include Adaptive Sports Seats Plus with 18-way electric adjustment, a GT multifunction sports steering wheel with mode switch and heating and the Sport Chrono package with push-to-pass and track mode. An optional GT steering wheel in black Race-Tex is also available.

Taycan 4 now with up to 643km range

Porsche now offers an AWD version of the Taycan sedan, similar to the Cross Turismo. The new Taycan 4 delivers up to 300kW with the standard Performance battery and 320kW with the optional Performance Battery Plus in Launch Control mode. Range varies by battery: up to 559km with the Performance battery and 643km with the Performance Battery Plus, making it the longest-range all-wheel-drive Taycan, just 35km less than the corresponding Taycan models.

Grip and efficiency on demand

The Taycan 4, with motors on both front and rear axles, provides improved stability and traction over the RWD model. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, 0.2 seconds faster despite weighing 80kg more. Porsche has also enhanced the AWD strategy for better efficiency, allowing the front motor to decouple when not needed and quickly re-engage during acceleration or recuperation.
