Preeti Gupta Returns As Corporate Affairs Director At BMW Group Asia

The organization is restructuring its corporate affairs strategy to adapt to the evolving automotive industry and capitalise on regional business success.

BMW Group Asia has announced that Ms. Preeti Gupta, 46, will return to her role as Corporate Affairs Director, based in Singapore. She has held the position of Director of Sales Channel and Network Development since June 2023.

During her tenure as Director of Sales Channel and Network Development, Preeti led the rollout of the Retail.Next concept across 19 dealerships in the BMW Group Asia region, supported BMW and MINI network expansion in Indonesia and drove the business's digital transformation. She also continued as Sustainability Lead, advancing CSR initiatives, promoting ESG communications, and overseeing the Polaris Award program for dealer partners.

Preeti joined BMW Group Asia as Corporate Affairs Director in April 2016, following a career in communications agencies across Singapore, India, and the U.S., where she provided strategic consultancy to global clients in industries like technology, logistics and automotive.

Lars Nielsen will take interim responsibility for the Sales Channel and Network Development team until a successor is appointed.
