Passenger Car COEs Down Slightly for May's Second COE Bidding Exercise.

Certificates of Entitlements (COEs) for May’s Second bidding exercise ended stable, even with the glut of second-hand cars released into the market, due to Lion City Rentals (LCR) ex-private hire vehicles sold off from their inventory.
