New parking coupons for sale starting 12th October
The Housing Development Board (HDB) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced on a joint press release on Tuesday, 11th October, that the new parking coupons with higher charges are on sale from 12th October.
"Motorists can also exchange their old parking coupons for new ones by topping up the difference at 131 petrol stations (available from 1st Decemeber 2016 to 31st January 2017) in addition to the 23 HDB Branches and Service Centres and the URA Centre. Ther is no deadline for the exchange at these locations." added the release.
It is also stipulated that these new parking coupons will be available at authorised coupon agents like Cheers, and 7-Eleven outlets.
The new rates will take effect on 1st December, 2016.
