Na Oh’s New Menu Celebrates Seasonal Korean Ingredients
Head on down to Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) to sample its first-ever spring menu.

Since opening in June last year at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS), Na Oh has been delighting diners with authentic seasonal Korean cuisine.

Created through a collaboration between renowned San Francisco-based chef Corey Lee and Hyundai, Na Oh blends traditional Korean flavours with a modern twist. Its menu is updated quarterly to highlight seasonal ingredients, offering a culinary experience that reflects the natural changes throughout the year.

Na Oh introduces its first spring menu, completing a full cycle of seasonal offerings. Celebrating Korea’s spring flavours, the menu features fresh wild greens, tender seafood and revitalising dishes. Staying true to tradition, Na Oh uses naturally aged, traditionally fermented jang - soy sauce, doenjang and gochujang - to ensure authentic depth of flavour.

Na Oh is open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, with reservations recommended for the seasonal dining experience.
Visitors at HMGICS can join the Discovery Tour to explore Hyundai’s innovations in mobility, manufacturing and sustainability. The tour includes a visit to the Smart Farm, test drives of the IONIQ 5 and 6, and an immersive Factory VR experience.
