This project was co-developed in collaboration with a few experts from the University of Technology and Economics in Saarbruecken, Germany, in a bid to demonstrate the capabilities and potential of alternative, cleaner fuels.

In some cases, LPG actually burns cleaner than petrol and diesel. In some cases, it produces more power and torque.

Besides this gassy apparation, Hartge also produces a V8 powered 1-Series BMW that outputs 450hp.

The highest land speed record achieved so far was done by the IdéeVerte Compétition, an aerodynamic racecar that hit 315km/h in 2004.
