Local News: COE Results for December Round 1
Certificates of Entitlement (COE) results are mixed following this round of bidding.
Category A (Cars under 1,600cc) segment COEs closed $1,232 higher this round at $78,523.
Elsewhere across the board, prices decreased in Category B (cars over 1,600cc) COEs by $2,804 to close at $90,200.
Prices in the Category E (Open Category) have also increased by $3,010 to finish at $97,000.

Category A (Cars below 1,600cc) : $78,523 (+1.5%)
Category B (Cars above1,600cc) : $90,200 (-3.1%)
Category C (Commercial Vehicles) :$63,035 (+4.6%)
Category D (Motorcycles) : $1,612 (-4.6%)
Category E (Open) : $97,000 (+3.2%)
A total of 948 Cat A, B and E certificates were awarded in this round’s bidding exercise compared to 985 in the last round. A total of 1,551 COEs were awarded
