Lamborghini has revealed the Lanzador concept during Monterey Car Week. This serves as a tangible representation of a forthcoming all-electric fourth series production model from the brand. The Lanzador concept showcases a GT design with elevated ground clearance and 2+2 seating arrangement. It displays clean, minimalist aesthetics, introducing an innovative notion of performance and an unparalleled in-car experience. This design remains faithful to Lamborghini's distinct identity while delivering exceptional sportiness and an enjoyable driving experience.

The concept car aligns with the "Direzione Cor Tauri" strategy of the Italian high-performance sports company and its path towards reducing carbon emissions and adopting electric power, as outlined in 2021. Following the introduction of the V12 plug-in hybrid Revuelto, the Lanzador provides a glimpse into the upcoming production model scheduled for manufacture starting in 2028. "With the fourth model concept, we are opening a new car segment: the Ultra GT. This will offer customers a new, unparalleled Lamborghini driving experience thanks to pioneering technologies," said Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini.

The concept car merges Lamborghini's renowned high-performance characteristics with an even more enjoyable driving experience, all while maintaining daily drivability. We reckon that a harder-edged experience will be reserved for Lanzadors wearing additional STO or SV badges.

Over two years ago, Lamborghini committed to introducing a high-performance electric model that stays true to its essence. The all-electric Gran Turismo concept, the Lanzador, breaks away from conventions with its unique body style and a blend of Revuelto super sports car features and Urus versatility.

"With Lanzador we are looking into our future without forgetting our DNA. The first coupes from Lamborghini with their front engines were sporty, elegant Gran Turismos suitable for everyday use as 2+2-seaters. The concept for our fourth production model leverages our philosophy of super sportiness combined with brave new technologies and fearless design, perfectly fitting into our Direzione Cor Tauri strategy,” explains Stephan Winkelmann.
