Lamborghini Singapore recently launched the Urus SE, their first PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) Super SUV, at The Jewel Cloud9 Piazza. The Urus SE boasts a new design, optimised aerodynamics and an 800 CV hybrid powertrain - improving on the Urus S by offering greater comfort, performance and efficiency. With its PHEV drivetrain, it delivers a noticeable increase in performance, yet cutting emissions by 80%.

25.9kWh lithium-ion battery

The Urus SE’s twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 engine has been redesigned to work with its electric powertrain, producing a combined output of 800CV. The V8 provides 620CV and 800Nm of torque, while the electric motor adds 192CV and 483Nm. A 25.9-kWh lithium-ion battery, positioned under the load floor, powers a permanent-magnet electric motor. An 8-speed automatic transmission is in charge of managing all these grunt. This allows the Urus SE to function as a fully electric 4WD, with a range of over 60km in EV mode.

0-100km/h in 3.4 seconds

The Urus SE debuts a new electric torque vectoring system with an electro-hydraulic multi-plate clutch. Paired with an electronic limited-slip differential on the rear axle, this system enhances agility and provides "on-demand" oversteering. 0-100 km/h arrives in 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 312km/h.

Revuelto influence

The Urus SE's design showcases its sporty and muscular character, featuring a new floating hood that eliminates the cut-off line. This design choice enhances the vehicle's athletic style, drawing inspiration from the Revuelto. Additionally, it includes new matrix LED headlight clusters with a light signature inspired by Lamborghini's bull emblem, along with a redesigned bumper and front grille.

Feel like a pilot

The Urus SE's cabin has been redesigned to embody Lamborghini’s “feel like a pilot” philosophy, enhancing the lightweight feel introduced in the Revuelto. It features a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen with an updated Human Machine Interface (HMI). Design highlights include anodised aluminum trim in a Y shape, new panel and seat coverings and a tactile mechanical pushbutton panel.
