Lamborghini’s Temerario is the second model in the Lamborghini High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV) range, following the Revuelto and completes the hybridisation of Lamborghini's lineup after the Urus SE.

Ballistic pace

The new L411 engine is one of the most powerful in its segment, with a V8 biturbo delivering 800CV between 9,000 and 9,750rpm and 730Nm from 4,000 to 7,000rpm. An electric motor positioned between the V8 and the gearbox provides immediate response and smooth power delivery, enhancing performance through gear shifts. The engine features large turbochargers in a “hot V” configuration for improved efficiency and thermal management, with a maximum boost pressure of 2.5 bar and a redline of 10,000rpm (you heard right!). Compact air filter boxes further enhance efficiency.

It’s all about that sound

Lamborghini accentuates engine vibrations at high speeds to amplify the feeling of speed and power. Sound engineers transfer these sporty acoustics into the interior using lightweight panels, enhancing the sensory experience. As the engine reaches up to 10,000 rpm, vibrations in the seats become more pronounced, mirroring the sensations of motorsport.

It has to be electrified somehow!

The new drivetrain features three electric motors, each with 110kW of power. Two oil-cooled motors on the front axle provide up to 220kW and 2,150Nm for all-wheel drive, weighing just 73kg in total. The compact design integrates the electric motor within the V8 biturbo housing, eliminating turbo lag and delivering 300Nm of torque.

This setup, located between the combustion engine and dual-clutch transmission, also functions as a starter and generator. The front axle motors enhance power and enable Temerario to operate as a fully electric super sports car. These work with the engine to produce up to 920CV.

Crucial 3.8kWh battery pack

It has a lithium-ion battery pack with high specific power (4500 W/kg) placed in the central tunnel to maintain a low centre of gravity and optimal weight distribution. The 3.8 kWh battery pack is protected and connects to both front and rear electric motors and a recharging unit. It can be recharged in 30 minutes using up to 7kW of domestic or charging column current and can also be charged through regenerative braking or the V8.

Inspired by aviation

The front end is dominated by a striking shark's nose design. The headlights, inspired by sports motorcycles, are sharply integrated into the hood. Air-guiding slats connect the front spoiler with the hood and fins on the sides direct airflow along the car’s flanks.

Flying without wings

The Temerario’s interior showcases a modern graphic concept with hexagonal designs and digital displays on the centre tunnel and around ventilation openings. The co-pilot has a dedicated slim display for driving info and vehicle functions. Drivers use analog instruments for essential driving controls, while entertainment and navigation are managed via a central touchscreen. The “Pilot Interaction” concept enhances driver involvement and control.

If you need your Temerario lighter…

Lamborghini has introduced, for the first time, an ‘Alleggerita’ lightweight package for the new model, reducing weight by 12.65kg with body components and over 25kg with additional lightweight features like carbon rims and a titanium muffler. It also boosts aerodynamic efficiency by 67%.
