July’s First Bidding Exercise… COEs Mostly Up, Cat A Stays.
This month saw 5,316 successful bids received during the month’s first bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs).
Quota of 1,904 @ $42,801, no change,
Quota of 1,322 @ $49,802, up from $47,501,
Quota of 1,088 @ $40,212, up from $36,979,
Quota of 474 @ $6,001, no change,
Quota of 553 @ $49,899, up from $48,001,
Bids can be submitted through the Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) of DBS/POSB and the Internet Banking facilities of UOB or Maybank, do ensure that you have bank accounts with these participating banks.
The bid deposit for COEs in Categories A, B, C and E is $10,000 per bid while that for Category D is $200 per bid.
