The New Range Rover signifies the apex of luxury travel, making every trip a treasured experience be it driving or being driven. Range Rover has consistently evolved ever since its classic 2-door Range Rover that went on sale in 1970, to influence the world around it, remaining as the peerless luxury SUV.

Modern technology helps in driving the new Range Rover’s next major step forward, with new levels of capability and efficiency complementing its desirability and refinement. Its exterior has changed, with increasing comfort and new consumer technologies added to the cabin.

Transforming the travelling experience for the driver and the passengers, comfort-enhancing function features are in place. With new seat frames, the front seat has a 20-way movement feature, with deeper and wider foams and heated arm rests. The rear cabin is completely redesigned with seating layout that creates a tranquil sanctuary without compromising the rear boot space.

Designed for the business traveller, convenient storage space and up to 10 connection points are available, including domestic plug sockets, USB ports, HDMI, and 12-volt.

Seats are also much wider and plush cushioned seats provide sumptuous comfort. Reclining by up to 40 degrees, these seats make the most of the additional 186mm legroom (totaling to 1,206mm) and can be deployed at the touch of a button. The exemplary comfort extends to cooled and heated seats, alongside heated arm, calf and foot rests. All seat functionalities can also be controlled via a smartphone application, for additional convenience and personalisation, be it inside or outside the vehicle.

Elegance of the interior cabins has been elevated by the seamless integration of the most advanced infotainment system that has been created by Jaguar Land Rover. Touch Pro Duo, codenamed ‘Blade’ incorporates two high-definition 10-inch touchscreens on the center console that works in perfect harmony. The layout is highly intuitive and engaging with unrivalled functionality, where information can be swiped from one screen to the other.

To experience tailored Range Rover performance and luxury in its most dynamic form, consumers can now savour the enhanced SVAutobiography Dynamic* - the most powerful production Range Rover to date. Its V8 supercharged petrol engine gives up to 565PS (a 15PS increase) in its output, that delivers 0-100km/h in only 5.4 seconds. Other striking design revisions feature an exclusive Graphite Atlas mesh grille design with chrome inserts as well as a revised rear bumbper with integrated metal tailpipe finishers.

The New Range Rover Sport

With a V6 supercharged powertrain, the new Range Rover Sport delivers capability, efficiency, and performance like no other.

Each Range Rover Sport has new consumer technologies and an enhanced design. The flagship SVR now delivers 575PS, making it the fastest Range Rover to date. This is an SUV that is driven to the next level of dynamic capability, with an appeal and desirability like no other.

Ever since it was introduced in 2004, the British-designed, engineered and built Range Rover Sport has sold more than 732,000 units. Its unrivalled blend of refinement as well as its exhilarating performance has starred on movies and TV all around the world.

With its unique calibration to intelligently and precisely distribute torque from the motor, the Terrain Response 2* technology has no creep speed and has a maximum torque from zero rpm, to all four wheels. This grants greater control, especially during low-speed off-road manoeuvres, which further reaffirms Range Rover Sport’s superior breadth of capability.

With significant modifications under its skin, the exterior has transformed to modernise and harmonise the design, creating a more dynamic look without changing the character of the Range Rover Sport.

At its front, the all-new LED headlights that sit alongside a redesigned grille are responsible for creating its striking new design. An all-new bumper with a more aggressive profile complements it.

Within the cabin, it is fitted with the new Touch Pro Duo infotainment system, called ‘Blade’ by its developers, just like the new Range Rover. Two high-definition 10-inch touchscreens form the centerpiece of the minimalist cabin, creating a futuristic, elegant feel with an intuitive, engaging interface alongside unrivalled functionality.

Up to 10 power points are available within the cabin, including a domestic plug socket to keep one’s laptops and other devices fully-charged. The introduction of the Jaguar Land Rover Activity Key can be added as an option and brings new levels of convenience to the Range Rover Sport, enabling customers to lock and unlock their cars without having the need to carry a key fob – that is ideal for outdoor adventures.

Pixel LED headlights are installed for greater comfort and convenience and provides greater luminance and intelligently blanks segments of LEDs to avoid dazzling oncoming drivers.

For those who are looking for the ultimate performance SUV, they will relish the potent new SVR derivative that takes the Range Rover Sport into new territories. Its power is up to 575PS, delivering a 0-100km/h sprint in an incredible 4.5 seconds. Designed and engineered by Jaguar Land Rover in the United Kingdom, the new Range Rover as well as the Range Rover Sport will be manufactured at the company’s Solihull production facility and is available for order now in Singapore.
