F1: Ferrari V6 spied testing
The FIA may restrict the F1 teams from excessive testing, but that hasn’t stopped Ferrari from bolting their 2014 F1 engine into a Ferrari LaFerrari mule before their test driver thrashes it around the Fiorano. So far the Ferrari Turbo V6 is the only F1 V6 we have not heard yet; Renault, Mercedes and Honda have uploaded clips with audio recorded when their powerunits were tested on the dyno. If all 2014 engines sounded like this then looks like we have nothing to worry about. Check out the video below!
