Dubai: Veyron added to Supercar Police Fleet.
With the addition of a Bugatti Veyron to their fleet, it seems that there is no way one can outrun the cops in Dubai. The Veyron is the latest supercar to be added to the police lineup in Dubai; their fleet consists of rare hyper and supercars such as the Aston Martin One-77, Ferrari FF, Mercedes SLS AMG, Bentley Continental GT and Lamborghini Aventador The Veyron, painted in the green and white livery of the Dubai Police Division, is equipped with a lightbar and a special Police license plate. While most cop cars rely on special tyres, shocks and springs to catch the crims, the Veyron needs no such thing, as it has the power to keep up with almost everything on the road.
Just like most of its other stable mates, the Veyron wouldn’t be used to chase down the baddies, but instead, be used as a deterrence and also to help promote tourism.
