If you happen to drive along Alexandra Road recently, you might come across the Mercedes Benz showroom undergoing some nip and tuck. The wait is finally over - Mercedes-Benz Center is ready for business. Its aim is to continue to embody Merc’s rich heritage, dedicating its work as a leader of luxury and innovation. Customers will be the focal point, of course, and the brand’s new retail concept reflects that.

Lifestyle destination

The redesign aims to better cater to visitors by creating a personalised, convenient and seamless experience. Featuring a modern luxury look, the updated space goes beyond the traditional retail and service centre concept. It incorporates architectural enhancements, new processes, digital media and innovative retail formats to transform into a lifestyle destination. This shift offers fresh ways for customers to interact with and experience the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Individualised consultations

Key elements of the building include upgraded hospitality areas, active customer management systems, personalised consultations, enhanced customer engagement and product showcase areas employing digital media. All these elements come together to provide customers with an experience specifically catered to their requirements during each visit to the showroom.

The new E has arrived

Coinciding with the inauguration is the introduction of the latest Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Maintaining top-notch standards in comfort and craftsmanship, the new E-Class showcases intuitive technologies and features that underscore Mercedes-Benz's dedication to innovation. Variants unveiled during the launch include the E 200 Avantgarde, E 200 Exclusive and the E 200 AMG Line.

Open house

Mercedes-Benz Center is now open to the public, and there’ll be an open house till 7 February. The rejuvenated space will showcase art installations enriched with captivating multimedia elements. Highlights include collaborations with Leica, TMRRW Studio, A Novel Encounter and Soilboy. Classic cars will be on display, along with a historical overview of the Mercedes-Benz brand since its arrival in Singapore in the 1980s.
