Chinese automotive giant Dongfeng Motors (DFM) has entered the Singapore market. Its debut EV, the Dongfeng Box, will be exclusively distributed by Volt Auto and showcased at a new showroom in Tai Seng Exchange.
10-in-1 tech
Backed by Dongfeng Motors’ 55 years experience, the Box (known in China as the Dongfeng Nammi 01), features the world’s first Mach Power 10-in-1 Technology, which integrates performance, connectivity and safety into one system, enhancing the driving experience for city driving. The EV and tech has been well-received outside of China, surpassing 10,000 export units within two months of its launch.
Sleek city runner
The Dongfeng Box features a sleek design with frameless doors, an island armrest and a floating control panel. Premium elements like Crystal LED headlights and Ruby Double C tail lights contribute to its distinctive appearance. 32 customisable ambient lighting options are available.
A 5-inch LCD panel and 12.8-inch floating central control screen dominate the interior’s aesthetics.
