COEs Mixed During the First August Bidding Exercise.
This afternoon saw 4,363 successful bids out of a total of 6,281 received during the first bidding exercise of August for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs). This is 495 less than July’s second bidding exercise. The biggest change coming from the commercial category, with a reduction in amount by $1,588.
Quota of 2018 @ $52,503, down from $53,000.
Quota of 1336 @ $57,903, up from $57,508.
Quota of 177 @ $48,302, down from $49,890.
Quota of 403 @ $6,206, down from $6,302.
Quota of 429 @ $58,201, up from $57,501.
Bids can be submitted through the Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) of DBS/POSB, the Internet Banking facility of UOB, or via the OCBC phone banking services.
The bid deposit for COEs in Categories A, B, C and E is $10,000 per bid while that for Category D is $200 per bid.
