COE Premiums Rise Again In All Categories In First Bidding Exercise Of November 2022
Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums closed higher in all 5 categories in the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (9 November).
The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$87,235, an increase of S$6,146.
Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended higher at S$115,388, an increase of S$5,388 from the previous tender.
COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, increased by S$6,101 to S$76,302.
In the motorcycle category, premiums went up by S$388, to S$13,189.
In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums increased by S$8,574, to S$116,577.
