COE Premiums End Mixed In Second Bidding Exercise Of March 2023
Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums closed mixed in the second bidding exercise of March 2023 (22 March).

The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$93,503, an increase of S$5,503 from the previous tender.
Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended higher at S$116,201, an increase of S$700 from the previous result.
COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, decreased by S$5,712 to S$85,389.
In the motorcycle category, premiums went down by S$389, to S$12,001.
In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums increased by S$20, to S$116,020.
