COE Premiums End Mixed In First Bidding Exercise Of April 2023

Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums closed mixed in the first bidding exercise of April 2023 (5 April).

The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$96,501, an increase of S$2,998 from the previous tender.

Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended higher at S$118,501, an increase of S$2,300 from the previous result.

COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, decreased by S$8,588 to S$76,801.

In the motorcycle category, the premium was unchanged at S$12,001.

In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums increased by S$2,970, to S$118,990.
