Cat A falls as the rest increase
In round two of February's COE bidding exercises, Category A premiums fall to a new record low of $43,000 down $3,651 from two weeks ago.

Rising from the previous dip to $38,610, Cat B COEs have now climbed once again to $46,970.
Open Category premiums also climbed marginally by $1,008 to close at $45,009, bringing all the premiums to within less than $5,000 of each other.
