Capella Auto Will Represent Alfa Romeo In Singapore
Distributor is part of Komoco Holdings, a homegrown regional automotive group that also owns dealership rights to Ferrari, Hyundai and Jeep.
It’s no secret that Stellantis has appointed Komoco Holdings Pte Ltd as the official distributor of Alfa Romeo vehicles in Singapore. Now, we have confirmation that Capella Auto Pte Ltd, part of the Komoco Group, has started representing the brand from 1 April onwards. The showroom is located at 1 Chang Charn Road, within touching distance from the Jeep dealership, also represented by Capella Auto.
We’d reckon that the first task at hand for the Alfa team in charge of the local market will be to quell any anxiety, given that the state of the brand’s representation was pretty much in limbo since mid last year. The Singapore team at Alfa Romeo now invites all existing and past Alfa Romeo owners to register their ownership with them, to keep all stakeholders up to date with latest information.
If you’ve been keeping up with local industry insights, Capella Auto has just been renamed a couple of months ago. Established in 1996 and formally known as Chrysler Jeep Automotive of Singapore (CJAS), it moved into the current 6,000 sq ft facility slightly over a decade ago, and can house eight cars comfortably.
