Inchcape+ has advanced Singapore's green mobility journey with the opening of the BYD Commercial Mobility Hub and the launch of the BYD T9R electric heavy-duty truck. The new hub serves as a centre for showcasing BYD's EV technologies and fostering collaboration and education in green mobility.
Fit-for-purpose EV solutions
Inchcape+ and ComfortDelGro Corporation have partnered to drive the electrification of commercial fleets in Singapore. Inchcape+ will supply tailored EV solutions as the authorised distributor of BYD commercial trucks, while ComfortDelGro will develop charging infrastructure, provide project financing and offer leasing options.
Heavy-duty EV truck with 320km of range
The BYD T9R electric heavy-duty truck, powered by BYD’s Blade Battery technology, is capable of a driving range of up to 320km. It’s designed for industries like construction, logistics and waste management. The truck's debut follows the success of Inchcape+’s landmark order of 100 T9R trucks at SITCE, marking the largest acquisition of BYD electric heavy-duty trucks in Singapore.
