BMW Golf Cup International 2018 Singapore

Singapore. BMW Asia today announced the National Winners of the BMW Golf Cup International 2018 Singapore Finals (previously known as the PMGA Golf Tournament) held from 23 to 24 October 2018 at The Tanjong Course, Sentosa Golf Club.

Mr. Tan Lee Hong (Men’s Category I), Mr. Xie Xiong (Men’s Category II) and Ms. Chia Siang Pio (Ladies’ Category) emerged as the winners in their respective categories after two days of intense competition at the18-hole golf course.

As the National Winners, the trio will represent Team Singapore to compete at the 29th BMW Golf Cup International World Final in Mexico from 18 to 23 March 2019.

“BMW Golf Cup International made its global debut in 1987 and in 2006, the tournament series came to Singapore. Over the past 12 years, we’ve hosted more than four thousand customers, media friends and colleagues, providing them with an opportunity to engage with the brand and each other, as well as create memorable experiences on some of the most beautiful courses in Singapore,” said Mr. Christopher Wehner, Managing Director, BMW Group Asia.

“The energy and enthusiasm of everyone involved has magnified over the years as we play side-by-side with some of the best amateur golfers in the country. Thank you to all those who continue to contribute to the tournament’s success and all the best to Mr. Tan Lee Hong, Mr. Xie Xiong and Ms. Chia Siang Pio in Mexico. I look forward to seeing everyone again at next year’s Singapore Finals.”
