We’re already aware that from January 2025, Audi Singapore will sell new cars directly to customers. This initiative coincides with the February 2025 opening of Audi House of Progress at Cross Street Exchange.
Audi Singapore will relocate its showroom to the new Audi House of Progress, a state-of-the-art lifestyle hub. As the first market globally to pilot Audi's direct-to-consumer model, this move highlights Singapore's importance and aims to transform the customer experience.
Audi Singapore will uphold its partnership with Premium Automobiles, ensuring personalised service and aftersales for its customers.
What about Audi Service Centre at 281 Alexandra Road?
From 1 January 2025, all Audi aftersales services will be centralised at Audi Service Centre at 55 Ubi Road 1, with the Alexandra Road location no longer accepting new service bookings.
