Audi Puts The A In Customer Service
30 May 2019 - After an extensive year-long renovation, Audi Singapore and local dealership, Premium Automobiles unveils its newly revamped state-of-the-art facility. Built to support growth of the Audi brand in Singapore, the new service concept takes its cues from the best in hospitality industry and airline lounges. In ensuring a full-on sensorial experience, finer details like scent, refreshments, music and amenities have been redesigned to deliver a truly premium customer journey throughout. The new centre features a lounge with sofa seats, and workstations, equipped with charging points for customers to plug in to get work done while they wait. All customers will receive personalised service at their seat, with the service team presenting updates, payment functions and paperwork. The increase in capacity also allows for more flexibility in the customer booking process.
At the launch event, the winner of a new Audi A4 was announced during a lucky draw, as part of the “Home Knows Best” campaign, the contest was opened to all customers who had used the service facility between 3 August 2018 and 30 April 2019.
Invited guests were also treated to a preview of three new Audi models which will be reaching our shores in the coming months - the Audi RS 5 Sportback, Audi A6 2.0 TFSI and the Audi e-tron.
On 2 June, Audi will be hosting an Open House at their service centre, from 10am to 8pm. The event is open to the public, and will feature attractive offers for their latest range of models. Get to enjoy aftersales promotions, service clinics and activities for children.
Audi will also have their new e-tron electric vehicle, as-well-as the high-performance RS 5 Sportback on display.
The Audi Service Centre is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday, and from 8:00am to 12:30pm on Saturday.
