Asia’s Best e-Motorsports Racers Set For Battle In October

Toyota Gazoo Racing has announced the third edition of the TGR GT Cup ASIA 2022, an online race in Gran Turismo 7 for PlayStation 4 and 5. The regional competition underscores Toyota’s passion to help thousands of motorsports enthusiasts live the thrill and experience of racing Toyota GR cars on iconic racing circuits.

With growing interest within the region in e-Motorsports, TGR GT Cup ASIA 2022 is covering seven countries this year where car enthusiasts can participate from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan and South Korea. Scheduled on Sunday 9 October 2022, the competition will feature enhanced race formats before the Global Finals of the TGR GT Cup in November 2022. Singapore will be represented by Fadtris Isa, Zaim Rasyad and Kenji Tan.

Reflecting TGR’s commitment to celebrating regional talent and embracing diverse inclusiveness, this year’s TGR GT Cup ASIA will feature an array of captivating, vibrant livery designs from talented Asia-based artists. This includes the work of India-based Graphic Designer, Muhammed Sajid, Singapore’s urban artist, designer and illustrator, EBao and that of Filipino Illustrator and 3D Artist, Nez Yumul.
