Asia’s First Porsche Design Tower Is Located In Bangkok

Porsche Design has collaborated with Ananda Development to create Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, an ultra-luxury residential project on Bangkok’s Sukhumvit 38 road. This is the first of its kind in Asia and the third globally, following similar developments in Miami and Stuttgart.

The tower will feature 22 exclusive 'Sky Villas' from 525 to 1,135 square metres, with prices between USD 15 million and USD 40 million. Construction will begin next year, with completion expected by the end of 2028.

Exclusive spiral ramp for cars

A standout feature of the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is the "Passion Spaces," luxury garages personalised for residents' car collections. These private spaces offer a unique setting for social gatherings, exclusive events and personal hobbies.

Accessed via a central spiral ramp called "The Loop," these garages serve as both a sanctuary and a versatile venue in the heart of the city.

“Targa” roof system

The high-rise building's façade integrates functionality and innovation, drawing inspiration from the Porsche 911 Targa's "Kinetic Move" roof mechanism. It includes a terrace door system that automates indoor-outdoor living. The entry experience is enhanced by an exposed pedestal structure called the "X-Frame," inspired by Porsche's Mission R concept car, featuring a striking exoskeleton design.

Porsche’s signature lights, represented

The 95-metre, 21-story tower is distinguished by "The Crown," a light feature inspired by Porsche's iconic designs. Inside, the tower boasts luxury materials, exclusive furniture and advanced kitchens with hands-free, electrically powered drawers and custom appliances. Residents can enjoy state-of-the-art amenities, including a 25-metre swimming pool, a performance fitness centre, spa, as well as a social and business lounge.
