Alibaba has teamed up with Chinese auto manufacturer SAIC to create the CarOS Roewe RX5, the company's first ever smart car. The RX5 was already revealed earlier this year.

As a smart car, one of the RX5's biggest features is the touchscreen and dashboard, which runs a version of Alibaba's YunOS, giving it partial voice control features. Other key features include detachable 360-degree cameras that will allow the driver and passengers to record trips or simply to take selfies during their rides.

According to Alibaba, the car will use their eCommerce serbices to help them look for crucial locations such as parking spaces and gas stations. Once found, payment can be sent electronically. An ID system can also be assigned to drivers, which will allow them to have personallized recommendations for places such as shops and restaurants, as well as setting the car's temperature and music playlist according to their favorites.

SAIC says the price for the CarOS Roewe RX5 will start at $22,300. The car is already available for preorder on Tmall, with over a hundred preorders already made.
