Access By BMW Offers Cars To Healthcare Workers In Singapore For $50 A Day
In support for healthcare workers, BMW is offering safe individual mobility options through Access – BMW’s subscription platform. Access by BMW is a vehicle subscription service that provides flexible access to BMW’s diverse fleet of vehicles. Healthcare workers will be offered access to BMW’s fleet at a significantly reduced monthly rate, during this Circuit Breaker period. Access by BMW will also waive the one-time activation fee of $1,000. “While many of us are staying home and staying safe, a number of healthcare workers are out on the front lines every day caring for patients,” said Ritu Chandy, Regional CEO, BMW Financial Services, Asia Pacific. “As a small token of our appreciation, we wanted to support these individuals by providing them with hassle-free access to our fleet of BMWs so they can safely commute to work.”
Ms. Chandy continued, “For example, the BMW 1 Series is now available to healthcare professionals for just S$1,500 per month, this amounts to S$50/ day. This is nearly the same amount some may pay if taking a taxi or private hire car to and from work. There are no hidden fees and no long-term commitments. Most importantly, this will provide healthcare professionals with peace of mind during their daily commute so they can focus on what is most important to them – saving lives.”
Vehicles can easily be reserved online in a few simple steps. Once selected, the vehicles are thoroughly disinfected before being delivered to customers. Safe distancing measures are ensured throughout the entire handover process.
