Tan Chong Receives Coveted Global Nssw Award From Principal Nissan
Nissan Motor Co. Ltd (NML) presented the Global NSSW# Award to Tan Chong Motor Sales on 25th October 2005 in Tokyo. This global award is presented to National Sales Companies (NSCs) who have displayed outstanding performance in Customer Satisfaction (CS). Mr Tan Eng Soon, Managing Director of Tan Chong Motor Sales, received the award from Mr Toshiyuki Shiga, Chief Operating Officer of Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. Tan Chong Motor Sales was one of the 8 NSCs that received this global award.
Other Asia NSCs receiving the same award were Malaysia’s Tan Chong & Sons Motor Co. Sdn Bhd and Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicles from China.
This program is part of Nissan’s efforts to recognize the great achievements of top CS performing NSCs globally. Recipients must meet the stipulated requirements from NML including achieving top 3 positions in Sales & Service Customer Satisfaction Index within the industry.
