"Gee...did i do that?"
We've seen them all happen while driving every single day, right? Here, we feature some that we're very sure, gets onto your nerves...the sort that makes you exclaim multiple profanities.
In the eye of the law, it is an offence to abruptly stop by the side of the road, even for a short while. Why? Well, it is because such an action will inadvertently affect the flow of traffic, and cause inconvenience to other road users.
But despite all these, it is still common to see vehicles stopping by the side of the road. Some of these offenders seem to be ignorant when doing so – they probably have the impression that as long as their hazard lights are switched on, they have the right to just stop anywhere...
Probably one of the most irritating occurrences on the roads, have you ever been held up behind a slow moving car that is happily cruising away on the fastest lane? Better still if it is all clear ahead.
The first lane is specifically a lane for fast-moving vehicles, or vehicles that are overtaking. But some drivers seem to not get this concept, and will just continually hog the fastest lane – delaying the flow of traffic at the same time.
Please be considerate – unless you intend to drive fast or overtake, kindly keep to the centre or third lane.
