Recently, we got a chance to go through what a customer would at Audi’s aftersales service centre.

During the four hours that your car is going through the checks and servicing, customers have an option to hang out at the Premium Customer Lounge. There, owners have access to free wifi or surf the net with the Macs provided. A bar is available with a variety of refreshments while you unwind at the lounge.

For customers who prefer to head back to the office or home after dropping the car, the service reception can call you a cab and provide you with a taxi voucher.

Once your car is ready to be picked up, the service advisor will call to inform you to pick it up or special arrangements can be made for your car to be sent to you.

The Audi Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, although it is advised that customers book appointments early in morning to advance the day’s queue.
