The all-new 2013 Accord marks the birth of the 9th generation of Honda's highly regarded executive flagship. In the Accord’s illustrious 37-year history comes a new peak of excellence that sets the benchmark for the future. The 2013 Accord is more
luxurious, sophisticated and better equipped than any other Accord. The 2013 Accord remarkably advances the sense of luxury and prestige, vehicle dynamics and the highest level of standard equipment in its class.

Keeping with Honda’s “Machine Minimum, Man Maximum” design philosophy, the exterior length and wheelbase of the Accord is slightly more compact than the current generation while still providing improvements in key interior dimensions including rear leg room and trunk volume. The result is a spacious all-new Accord that boasts a sportier appearance, more responsive handling and improved driving dynamics.

SOPHISTICATON AND ELEGANCE

From the finely sculpted front bumpers to the end of the exhaust finisher, literally nothing was left untouched when the Accord was redesigned. This includes major elements like the unitary body, sheet metal, glass and aerodynamics, along with interior features and electronic systems, the engine and transmission, the chassis components, and the numerous safety systems. Despite the complete generational changes, the 2013 Accord is still tightly focused on providing the same long-established blend of unbeatable Honda safety and security, luxury, fun-to-drive performance and handling together with passenger comfort and convenience.

The all-new Honda Accord is a big step up in premium luxury, elegance, comfort and quietness. With upmarket look and feel inside and outside, the Accord introduces many superior innovations:

PEFORMANCE

The new Honda Accord is the first Honda model in Singapore equipped with Honda’s new and smart Earth Dreams™ technology - a next-generation set of technological advancements that enhance the engine to improve both driving performance and fuel efficiency. The 2.4-liter, 16-valve, i-VTEC DOHC 4-cylinder engine offers 174 horsepower at 6,200 rpm and torque of 225 Nm (23.0 kg-m) at 4,000 rpm. It comes with a 5-speed automatic transmission and is compatible with 92 RON fuel. Steering mounted paddle shifters add a measure of sporty driving fun.

Fuel efficiency is also improved, with the Accord returning 8.1 l/100km on the combined test mode. CO2 emission of 192 g/km is also improved. The new Accord also introduces a host of new technologies to Honda – while serving as the first vehicle to use Honda's new Earth Dreams™ technology, which is dedicated to enhancing fuel efficiency and minimizing the company's environmental footprint.

ULTIMATE LUXURIOUS COMFORT

Inside, the all-new Honda Accord indulges the driver and passengers in luxurious leather comfort with increased key interior dimensions. The spacious front and rear seats offer comfortable shoulder room. The roomier cabin features body contoured seating, including an 8-way electrically-adjustable driver’s memory seat and a 4-way electrically-adjustable front passenger seat.

Other features include an Active Noise Control (ANC) system offering a remarkably quiet ride, dual-zone automatic climate control for maximum driving comfort, and a One Push Start System. A sunroof allows natural light when the driving mood calls for some sun or wind.

Innovative on board electronics include a bright, full-colour 8-inch intelligent Multi-Information Display (i-MID) and navigation system. A smart touchscreen interface controls the audio system and the Bluetooth® Hands Free Telephone interface.
