It is a car widely regarded as Ferrari’s best, delivering unprecedented performance from an all new V12 engine. And in fitting fashion, the F12 berlinetta received a glitzy public unveiling on 18 September at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands to specially invited guests.

At the heart of Ferrari’s fastest and most powerful road car sits rests a new heart. The 6,262cc V12 engine has been engineered efficiently to allow the latest prancing horse to put out a mind-blowing 740bhp with 690Nm of torque. These figures combine to let the F12 blitz from 0-100km/h in just 3.1 seconds and max out in excess of 340km/h. Taking only 1’23” to complete a lap of the Fiorano circuit in Italy, the F12 is faster than any other Ferrari road car every built.

Designed and built as a collaboration between the Ferrari Styling Centre and Pininfarina, complementing the F12’s powerful heart is an aggressive yet appealing aerodynamic aesthetic that has been designed to perform as well as it looks. A key feature in the new F12 is its Aero Bridge, where the bonnet is used to created downforce. Air passing over the upper part of the car will also get drawn into air intakes in the rear wings.

Like every Ferrari, there will be an endless array of personalization opportunities in the F12. Two additional new colours, Rosso Berlinetta and Aluminium, have also been specially developed.

The Ferrari F12 berlinetta will be on display at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (just outside the Ferrari Store) from now till 23 September. Prices start from $1.2 million for Ferrari’s supercar and at the time of launch, we heard that some 30 odd units have already been pre-ordered.
