Hyundai, one of Singapore's much-loved family car brands hosted over 700 Avante, Elantra, i30N, i30 Hatchback, i30 Wagon, KONA and Tucson owners at the Hyundai Pulse customer event, over to he weekend.

Held at the Singapore Wine Vault, a lovely location away from the hustle and bustle of city life, customers were treated to an engaging range of activities; and there was something for everyone. A well stocked buffet kept the lines going, while candy floss and popcorn stations put smiles on the faces of children and those who were children-at-heart..

Hyundai's local dealership, Komoco made an effort to go beyond that though. VR stations were available for their customers to try out a spot of gaming in VR. For those who could sit still... there was a face painting station too.

The highlight of the day... Hyundai engaged a durian vendor for the party. And popular they were! Attendees who didn't get their fill of the thorny tropical fruit were promised their share should they visit their main stall.

But the stars of the show were the cars! Hyundai has definitely taken massive strides forward in both car design and build quality in just 1 decade. Hyundai has also ensured that they their interior and exterior design languages consistent across their entire range.

Build quality is excellent too; soft-touch surfaces grace every single surface that you would be in contact with on a day to day basis, and the cars also feature an infotainment screen that’s placed right in the line of sight, which definitely enhances the driving experience.

Check out those red accents!

Interestingly, for a company which is so well-known for its family-friendly range of cars, Hyundai has set its sights on also develpoping a range of high performance vehicles. Helmed by Mr Albert Biermann, President and Head of Vehicle Test & High-Performance Development, we have already gotten a taste of the i30N hot hatch, and you can definately look forward to what else the Korean marque will be pulling out of its hat in the near future.
