pros

What we dislike:
cons
The extra row of seats can only accommodate kids or short people
cons
can do with more performance
cons
some cabin plastics feel cheap

Unlike the standard Qashqai, the Qashqai+2 is offered with only one trim level and it comes with the panoramic glass roof, 17-inch alloys, trip computer, keyless operation, cruise control, Bluetooth handsfree connectivity, factory stereo and ALL-MODE 4x4 among other standard equipment.

As its name suggests though, the Qashqai+2 isn't anything like a full-fledged seven-seater but more like a 5+2 so those who think that it's an alternative to an MPV will be hugely disappointed. Consider it to be a compact SUV that has the added ability and versatility to seat seven in unexpected situations and you'll get the point.

The Qashqai+2 is definitely an interesting and welcome addition to the Qashqai range. For $8,000 more than the Qashqai Premium, you get the added practicality of a third row of seats as well as the versatility of a large load carrier when required.
