Audi A5 Sportback 3.2 FSI quattro S Tronic Review: Sexy Back
We've already known that the A5 Sportback offers the style of a coupe but yet has the practicality of an estate car. We need to find out though, if the 3.2 V6 variant is it worth paying the additional $25k or so over the 2.0 TFSI base model.
The V6 offers plenty more of standard equipment over the 2-litre - a Bang & Olufsen sound system, sat nav, SD card readers to store music files in the internal hard disk, iPod connectivity, bigger alloys, S line aero kit and so on.
For about $25k more than the base 2.0 TFSI four-cylinder model, the 3.2 FSI V6 offers plenty - a bigger engine, two more cylinders, more refinement and more equipment. When it comes to extra performance though, the 3.2 FSI fails to deliver over the base model. There's always the supercharged S5 Sportback to satisfy the needs of those who want even more performance in their Sportbacks though.
